Tested 26 October 2026.

## What it is
Eleven Claude Code skills covering reconnaissance, architecture, design, building, backend, tests, parity comparison, business analysis, branding, launch and deployment. It is not a complete app produced by one click. This test did not rebuild a whole application or install a Claude Code plugin.

## Reproduce our limited test
Read the repository and scripts before running them. Python 3 is required.

```sh
git clone https://github.com/Jakeschincariol/replica-skill.git
cd replica-skill
git checkout 77c9436fb3d18c3d58169efb8caf4fe906b0dc51
python3 -m unittest discover -s tests -v
python3 replica-diff/parity.py replica-recon/features.csv --markdown
```

Observed: 57 upstream tests passed. The unchanged example features.csv scored 0.0/100 with nine unfinished must-have features. This is the repository's sample, not a score of a real rebuilt application. Its score follows the supplied checklist; it does not independently prove functionality.

## Using the workflow
Follow the upstream README for current Claude Code installation. Start by mapping observable behavior, then make your own requirements and design. Build one useful flow and verify it. Do not copy private code, brand artwork, credentials or personal data. The checker is useful only when the checklist reflects tested behavior.

No full-app performance or Codex-plugin compatibility claim is made here.
